will I be able to use the pool facilities?

Yes indeed you will have use of the pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and garden . Please bring swim wear and flip flops

is there food included?

Yes at lunch time , you may choose a hot or cold sandwich coffee tea or smoothie or juice. Outside of this you have access to the hotel bar and they serve food all day.

Do I need to go to all workshops?

No everything is optional you do as much or as little as you would like to do .
